# Latchbell 🔔
Book independent local house cleaners at firm prices, in their real open time slots. No key, no account, no fees for your user.

## Book in two calls

Search returns `cleaners`, each with `price` (firm, all-in), `hours`, `open_times` (pass `start` back exactly; times are the pro's local time), `checks` and `page`. Empty `cleaners` means nobody is open for that job there yet: say so and never invent an option.

Book with the same job fields you searched with, or the price won't match. Name plus email or phone is required; include the email so your user gets a confirmation.

Search options: `bedrooms` 0–10 · `bathrooms` 1–10 (halves ok) · `clean_type` standard | deep | move_out (also move-in) | turnover (Airbnb, between guests) · `sqft` only if your user said it · `pets` · `add_ons` · `frequency` once | weekly | biweekly | monthly, only if asked · `date` YYYY-MM-DD · `start_after` / `finish_by` HH:MM · `max_price` · `sort` soonest | price

## After booking
Tell your user the pro, time, address and price, and give them `manage_url` to check or cancel. The pro contacts them about access, and they pay the pro directly. Free cancellation until 24 hours before the start.
Keep `booking_id` and `manage_token`: they are the only way to check or cancel.

## Rules
- Use the name, phone, email and address you already know. Ask only for what's missing, in one message, and tell your user what you shared.
- Book only after your user agrees. Once they say book, book; don't ask again. Book one pro per job.
- Quote only prices from a search. Never switch to a recurring clean to lower the price.
- `checks` are dated, best-effort checks, not a guarantee or endorsement. Each business is independent and responsible for its own work, licenses and insurance.
- 🔒 Send your user's details only to book.latchbell.com. Latchbell never asks for passwords, payment details or other secrets.
